Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich has withdrawn an application to the Federal court to allow him to travel to the United Kingdom according to media reports today.
The application would have allowed Blagojevich to address the Oxford Union, a speaking and debating society. Blagojevich had previously asked to travel to Costa Rica to appear in the reality program “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.”
When his request to travel to Costa Rica was denied, Patti Blagojevich went instead.
